FORGET ABOUT THE COASTCan somebody sticky this shit because we need to get this through people's headshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skeleton_CoastThe Namibian Coast is
literally the most harsh, shitty place in Namibia if not Africa. It's a full-on fucking desert. There's a reason nobody in Namibia lives on the coast.
Trying to live here is a pipe-dream, it will never happen. It won't.
What the fuck does that mean for the board-No wave or tidal energy plans
-We cannot go to Namibia by boat
-We can't just desalinate sea water for our supply
-We will not be building a dock or port for at least a few years
-There will be no tasty sea fish to catch

WHile this is true It might be worth buying sooner rather than later because if we get profitable enough to buy a simple piping system we could pipe our shit into the desert which is firstly some not bad waste management, secondly years of poop in the desert would refine the soil.

I just happened upon this board from seeing if 8chan's /biz/ is any better than 4chan's fucking atrocious /biz/ board. This has my interest and overlaps a lot with my line of work.
I'm an analyst for an investment bank specialising in mining in developing economies. The thread that bought me here was going on about Namibia's mineral wealth, pic attached is an excerpt from a report I'm working on that shows there's more options to be considered if mineral wealth is a factor.

Also, here's an economic profile on Namibia, not really willing to post more than this on a public board.

Is there a reason Guinea couldn't be an option? It's reserves are great (especially for bauxite) yet it's % of Africa's production are similar to Namibia's as investors are scared off by the ongoing conflicts and political turmoil but I think it has potential, especially as its location it pretty much the closest to the American and Brazilian coasts and much closer to the Eurozone than SA. I also may or may not have connects with a very disciplined military from an unnamed country that would be relatively cheap hire for their service but I just found this board and don't know where the groups morals lie on such subjects so please don't be offended by the suggestion.
Just saying, with enough initiative it could outdo South Africa economically and is far enough away that it wouldn't be in direct competition during the development phase.

>>5387More risk but more reward. If you could cut a prime slice and make it clean and safe with western quality infrastructure/military defence and make it marketable to white people it could be very lucrative. A focus on building a strong finance sector in that location could make it the Dubai of Africa. Just spitballing here.

>Poor economic prospects
Irrelevant. The entire world has poor economic aspects. Besides, we're aiming for self-sufficiency.
>social stratification and immobility
Agreed, but again, that's kind of irrelevant if we're in the middle of nowhere and self-sufficient. We can also make goods while we're out there.
>censorship
Not any that would affect us.
>a culture that no longer suits us
We'll have our own culture while we're alone. And the USA is (obviously) not homogeneous. Many parts and people agree with us and our views.
>NSA's glaring stare
Really, I agree this sucks, but it won't really affect us. There's all sorts of things you can do to protect yourself from this, and even if we couldn't (and I do value privacy extremely), it still wouldn't affect us, and becoming self-sufficient and forming a new sort of state would be worth the cost.
>then again, the US is about to die…
If the USA dies the economies outside of the west will die too and out there you'll have millions of angry and violent niggers.

>Africa is booming, India and China are still growing, export is growing in South America, etc.
Africa, China, and India, as well as South America are only booming because the WEST buys from them. When OUR prospects go down so do theirs. China is a bubble by the way.
>Western governments have shown numerous time that sticking to your own (as native population) or creating an alternative is not welcome (especially in Europe).
It's not even in public discussion really. I'll give you that it's not welcome in Europe, but no one says otherwise in the USA. Literally if we want to move somewhere in the JewSA that's uninhabited we will face no opposition. I don't see why you're claiming this.
>people can suffer permanent life-long exclusion from the political and even economic process due to something they might have said in public
I don't think any of us plan on running for president or senator etc while we're doing this. And besides, this doesn't exclude people from local office.
>We want to get away from the political correctness ruse that has really only been created to exclude people from positions
We will be away from it if we live on our own.
>We also want to get away from the debt slavery forced upon us.
See above.
>We also want to get away from the debt slavery forced upon us.

>Africa is already orienting it self towards supplying the (Far) Eastern markets. Same with South America. Africa won't stop growing nor will India or China.
Africa depends on two things: Western and Chinese investment. China depends on two things: African returns, and Western economies.
If the west falls so does China and Africa.
>The world will survive, but chances are the same can not be said about the US.
Of course the USA won't survive. That's why we strive for self sufficiency and relative isolation.
