I'm no expert at exercising but I'm pretty good at it. If you have any questions I'll talk to you and help you. Start with at least walking and always do more the next day. Walk 2 miles today, walk 2.5 tomorrow, once you build up stamina start running a mile. Make yourself walk a little faster always, constantly push yourself to do a little more each day so you get mad if you dont

Wrong, they hardly ever send the USNG overseas.

They sent some regiments during the Iraqi surge but many army commanders weren't happy with their low morale.

We can get fit by doing 10 sit ups, pull ups, push ups, squats per day. Gradually increase them per week or mores. It is up to you. It is super simple so let's do it.

That doesn't make sense.

The National Guard almost always is deployed for emergencies statewide, floods, hurricanes, tornados, chimpouts, etc.

Usually you do one weekend a month, and a training exercise two weeks a year.
