as soon as namibia's government realizes you're neo-nazis they're just going to withdraw any residency permit you managed to acquire, right? assuming you even manage to obtain a residency permit, which is not necessarily a walk in the park to get even if you're from a wealthy western country. even if you own property they can still restrict you to living there only 90 days a year.
moreover you are unlikely to be able to even get a residency permit without having the means to support yourself. which means being independently wealthy or having a job in namibia. except you can't get a job without a work permit, and you can't get a work permit without an employer offering you a job. said job also has to be widely advertised and open to native namibian citizens, and the employer has to show they can't hire locals to do the job instead. (i.e. you won't get approval to work as a farmer or anything unskilled, and you need to submit proof of education if you attempt to get a skilled labor job.)
this entire project is certain to fail because it turns out african countries actually have immigration laws.

If you go there to farm land you bought yourself, that's perfectly within the law, since you're not taking opportunities away from Namibian citizens.
And so long as you refrain from waving around Windmills of Tolerance and generally making an arse of yourself you're unlikely to attract much negative attention from the Namibian government.
They're fairly tolerant of white people and their shenanigans and the only thing that would really make them decide that's it get the fuck out would be trying to literally subvert or overthrow them.
