What do you know about these guys?_
They are the only modern example of people moving to a state to create a homeland for themselves.
They are libertarians who decided to move to New Hampshire to create a new state within the state, while transforming New Hampshire into a libertarian state.
Before you say "but that's in the United States"
consider this:_____
They have their own laws.__
They have their own code of honor (It's a version of the golden rule)
They have their own arbitration courts
They have their own currency___
(i think they use bitcoin or dogecoin)
They have 15 (i think) state senators
They have 1000+ participants who already moved to New Hampshire
They have 20000 participants who pl
My web is broken atm so i can't copypasta from their website
http://www.freestateproject.org is their website. It would be cool if a participant could post here and share his experiences or post more information.

i am posting from an unconfigured terminal (text) browser from my raspberry pi. I turned the desktop off cuz the battery is running low. I'm in the country side right now. The raspberrypi would actually be a great tool in namibia that you could use for surveillance, gps, automation, internet, satelite callibration and what have you

>libertarian

no thanks

Don't patronize Raspberry Pi, they are run by the worst radical feminist SJWs. I wouldn't give them a dime.

I don't think he's saying we should be libertarian, only that we should learn from what they did and apply it to our own plans. They are relatively successful for something so daring, after all.

You should have bought a beagle bone black dude. They are much better.

this.

if we do pick a US state we should chose one that's leaning to leave the union.

Either way, thanks OP, I had no fucking clue these people existed, nor had any idea that New Hampshire was this based. A link to these guys should be stickied up top so libertarians like me wont keep pestering you guys about allowing other races and arguing about natsoc. This seems way more worth it and plausible for people who just want to be free and not dictated by a bunch of snobs who think they know whats best for everyone.

I have heard about that in New Hampshire. The big problem with libertarianism is they will support complete open borders, because Muh Freedom.

As soon as they do that they will be voted out of office.

3a3800 No.6384

so any group of USA citizens
is allowed to form its own mini-state, as long as they have the numbers and they pay taxes?

how does it work?

72b35e No.6389

>>6384
Some of them do not even seem to be paying taxes.
I guess they just ignore laws as much as they can and do not file official paperwork with the state, which makes it difficult for the State to find law infringements. It's a mixture of civil disobedience and making the state obsolete by not relying on its programs and departments.

Yeah, FSP and galts gulch and other projects (orangia?) need to be learned from, the successes and mistakes, and this all should be incorporated into namibia's planning

e4acac No.7012

We need to study them in great detail, there are tons of lessons to be learned from them, especially when it comes to marketing. They have youtube videos with millions of views and appearances on all major networks and radio stations.
They have also been doing charity work from the very beginning. I don't know if that's a libertarian thing or not, but i think they recognize that they need to be on good terms with the New Hampshire natives, who are of course skeptical of outsiders moving in to change the state.

They already blend in seemlessly with the New Hampshire population, because they have the same values and hobbies (hunting, fishing, keeping to yourself, growing a beard and all that stuff) which is probably why they chose to move to new hampshire.

This would be a challenge in namibia or other places that have natives who are backwards and animalistic. Separation are always creates mistrust and misunderstandings. What do we have in common with the natives and how can we gain their trust and support? I think charity work and extensive trade would be a good way to ensure that we don't wake up one day to find that we are surrounded by people who hate us.
