What are the rules going to be for non-whites? These are what I can think of off the top of my head:

Oh ok, thnx.I know for a fact that my family on my father's side is descended from colonists from Cataluña, in Spain. One of then was a coffee plantation owner. I'm not so sure about the maternal side of the family, although it's likely a similar story.
