There are a few problems with the Pitcairn Islands.
1)Its an incredibly small island 2)it will be extremely windy.
3)everything will be really expensive, because everything will have to be imported
4)There was a load of pedophile cases a few years ago
5)The islanders are all really inbred now.
6) The seas are really rough around that area.
7) There are no natural resources, so we can't hit the bank mining.
