You'd have to go to your local embassy. Which for a nation like Namibia is usually a joint consulate with no more than one guy behind a desk for all things Namibia.

He'd ask you a couple of questions, show relevant documentation, and pay the visa.

Not as complicated as going to any westernized nation.

While they don't allow dual citizenship, you could go and live there as a permanent resident. The only real benefit to being a citizen seems to be the ability to vote and do jury duty.

Would they make custom orders? They seem like expert forgers more than anything else.

We would better be off using the Australian mint who prints documents and money for smaller nations who want good security measures… Like Singapore or Monaco.
