How exactly do you guys get independence from Namibia? I love the idea, but this is by far the greatest obstacle you will have to overcome.
Namibia has a very weak military, consisting of roughly 15,000 personnel. This is far more than you could muster if you brought /pol/ and /k/ over. Even if you brought some level 99 /x/ mages you'd be fucked. They have dozens of main battle tanks, apc's and artillery pieces. They can sit behind a hill and shell the fuck out of you. They don't have dedicated ground attack aircraft, but they do have fighters and helicopters that can go on strafing runs and deploy troops.
Even assuming you were able to defeat the first wave thanks to brilliant strategy, good defensive positions, a huge-ass minefield, decent numbers, skilled fighters and decent weapons, Namibia has a population of over 2,000,000 to throw at you. Not to mention the fact that they are supplied by the United States and a number of other western nations who would be more than willing to send equipment and even troops to help take you down. I'm sure the settlement could defend themselves against criminals and even bands of militia/terrorists, but taking on any military in the world is almost inconceivable with the numbers 8chan and 4chan would muster for such a conflict.
So my question is, how?

I also see this as an underestimated objective. If you become a prosperous settlement that covers a significant amount of territory that includes all the different resources a self-sustaining colony requires, I cannot express just how much the Namibian government as well as the other African governments in the region (remember they are all interlinked in familial, tribal and political senses) will not want to let you secede for both practical and ideological reasons.

I think the problem will be not whether or not the NDF react, but the main issue is what South Africa will do. Historically, S.A has had a hand in Namibia (i.e owning it). we would need to befriend the white population, and even then , no country would want to run afoul of the US. All it would take is someone to spin this little effort of ours as a racist, white effort to re-colonize. The average South African and American citizen only does and believes what the GOV tells them. I want this thing to happen.

I really love the idea of Namibia but there are so many holes I'm trying to show in detail so maybe we can come up with ways of fixing them. Better to patch them in drydock than when we are out at sea.

They can be used to move between areas if it's ridiculously hot outside. Can use them to store supplies. You can set up underground armories. In the event of attack, citizens can fall back to the tunnels and gear up.
Additionally fantastic for day to day stuff. Since you've already built tunnels, you can use them for various needs. Run pipes through for water, or run electrical and telephone wires.
I'm really obsessed with infrastructure and if this thing ever becomes a reality, that's definitely what I want to be working in.

You could, of course, join the govt or run in elections then slowly and surely push the niggers out. Independence is an unrealistic objective for the foreseeable future, simply because of South Africa's overwhelming military power.
Maybe in 10 years when whites have been completely driven out of the SANDF and police this will be more of a practical idea, but for now, just being self-sufficient like Orania is enough of a challenge.

There won't be any independence from Namibia, it's a pipe dream.
The best we can hope for is lobbying power and corrupting a few politicians here and there for personal gain. This is a settlement, not a country.
Namibia already exists and has its own laws.
