Of course this is assuming they can get a drop on a servant, since they would only be able to against assassin in a straight up combat situation

Servants are huge amounts of magical energy, so vast that normal attacks don't even register, and magical attacks are like poking an elephant with a small stick.
However, Tohno Shiki has been shown killing ==magic itself==, so the only reason why he couldn't kill a Servant would be because he couldn't get close enough in the first place/he's outmatched in pure technique and speed.

Let's look at it this way, he was able to "kill" Arcueid who later appeared as a servant in Fate/Extra. Had Arcueid not been a true ancestor she may have actually died. So yes, Shiki can kill servants.

Arcueid power level is 5 times that of an average servant, so if she was at 30% she was still 1.5 times stronger than a servant.

Shiki killing servants is akin to Batman killing superman. It can happend, but it would require a ridiculous amount of plot to make it happend. I agree on Shiki dying on the process though (due to strain when trying to understand the concept of servant), unless there were some kind of external force acting (like counting as a counter guardian on tsukihime complex).

And no, "Nasu said" doesn't work anymore, at least not until he launches Tsukihime 2 :P

Is there anything that would contradict a theory that Shirou = EMIYA = Angra Mainyu? I think it is possible that Shirou is a reincarnation of Angra Mainyu, and of course it is possible for Shirou to become the Heroic Spirit EMIYA but I wonder if in all his betrayal and despair EMIYA became All the World's Evil when he died and was inter-dimensionally reincarnated as the villager who became Angra Mainyu in the past? I think Nasu does try to hint at the similarities between the two and it would bring all the dualism themes full circle with EMIYA representing "good" and Angra Mainyu representing "evil" and Shirou representing a struggle between the two embodying the theme all into one character.
