Update on the #natone Crisis:

A tentative peace has been reached after some negotiation between myself and the owner of #natone.

Exiles are now welcome in #natone again, but #natone is no longer to be considered a de jure Exile Safe Zone. All discussion regarding the affairs of the Government in Exile are to be redirected to #ndcs and #dcs.

I present the notion to move down to defcon 4
