What is your opinion on facial hair other than the toothbrush mustache?
I am in the process of developing a handlebar mustache, I would kind of like a toothbrush mustache however it has a strong social stigma attached to it. What do you think? Is well kept facial hair degenerate?

Nothing wrong with facial hair per se, but putting too much stock in it, and asserting your masculinity through your beard and appearance more than through your deeds, is a poor mentality to have.
You should be completely willing to shave it off if you have to, for a job or military conscription, for example.
