Both use heavy propaganda and target specific groups to rally the citizens against.

Neither protect basic human liberties.

Neither exercise due process of law.

Neither act according to the best interest of the people, but rather in accordance with whatever will keep them in power.

Neither have proven to be successful, sustainable forms of government.
