I would think it fair to say that as a whole, Nazi Germany was one of the most successful countries economically speaking ever, if not the most successful. Now take a country like Sweden. As a rather left wing-authoritarian country it has been very successful as a whole. However it is plagued by an immigration problem and crippling political correctness issues. Suppose it was more nationalistic and somewhat less left wing, then it could be far more successful whilst enjoying the optimum of those benefits.
