It is if you've only got two players. It works so well it's one of the only emulators you could netplay over dial-up back in the day.

Yes I am from Iraq, and yes it will probably lag for C&C Generals because my ISP is blocking my connection for most people even after portforwarding and disabling firewalls. I think Worms wouldn't be affected by lag that much because of the turn-based mode.
If there are any Magic: the Gathering fans in here: Forge is the only automated engine with multiplayer online connection I know of. It's buggy so far, receives an update and snapshot builds weekly, and supports most cards to date (about 99%). Here's the link:

How about coopting it to another communities like #/vr/_netplay on rizon? The community creates threads occassionally on 4chan along the fighting threads but this place can be a good lounge for them.
Old games with no form of forum are an option.
I can't think of many options other than being an alternative for older games communities.
