That's easy anon. If you're willing to disregard copyright you can get a whole lot of "fresh content" for consumption on private networks. Yes, we lack the critical numbers of people on our little darknets to produce the sheer quantity of content that you can get from the regular Internet. But with a little screen scraping, anybody can get the content they need for building their own, respectable-sized eepsite.
Combine stuff together from different places on the Internet, or build an exact clone of a website, or create all kinds of mashups, whatever you want.
And if webmasters don't like having their content pirated to the darknet, their only choice would be to set up a presence on the darknet themselves in order to have some control over it. Which means we get content providers coming to the darknet.
It's win-win.
