men have always been oppressed right along side women. Not all men throughout history have enjoyed the patriarchy party train. Most were in serfdom, slavery, and forced to train as boys to go fight in some rich mans war. Women, myself included, are not living in oppression, at least not in the US, in some areas of the world, unfortunately, yes. Here? No.

23% women compared to 45% men will negotiate for higher wages. If we want to be truly equal we should fight for and demand the wages we think we deserve by going to our bosses and negotiating just like the men do. That would help close the gap.
Also! Men are to assume the most hazardous jobs. They account for over 90% of all work place deaths.
The whole "men at the top" well c'mon there are more men at the top, in a risk reward system they have been more competitive (obviously women are capable and no one is preventing them from trying), they are also the majority of the bottom accounting for over 90% of homeless population in the US.
