REFORM Jews or Sadducees believe only the Torah (first five books). This means no concept of Hell other than the grave, and heaven is for God and angels only, no humans allowed. Death is non-existance, think Ecclesiastes. These concepts didn't arise until the Babylonian captivity, same with the idea of Satan as a fallen angel, or Apocalyptic thought.
ORTHODOX Jews believe the Old Testament and Talmud (commentary on the OT by 1st and 2nd century rabbis as well as older traditions codified at that time) Therefore there is a hell, and a Resurrection. This is why Jesus argued with Sadducees, he was an orthodox, but not a legalist pharisee one like Schamai, rather a "look to the spirit of the law and why it was created to interpret it right", one like Hillel, and his Grandson Gamaliel, who was the teacher of St. Paul before he converted to Christian.
