Basically, a meme is like an inside joke that gets spread throughout an entire community. Sometimes they become very well-known (trollface, rageguy), and other times, they stay pretty obscure (skilled roy, winning steak).
>What is greentexting?
^ That is greentexting. All you have to do is start your line of text with a ">" and it'll be green.

>What is a get?
Every post in a board is assigned a post number. It starts at 1 and goes up from there. So, the first post in a board would be number 1, the second would be number 2, and so on.
Gets have to do with the digits at the end of your post number. It's hard to explain, but just read through the screencap and you should get it pretty easily. It's possible to time them out since it goes up 1 for each post, but because of the speed of most boards, they're basically randomly generated. That's why pic related is so amazing.
