Back in ownership. Let's get going, dudes; it's fukken /nofap/ November.

I know we're a week into the month now, but it's never too late to get a start or restart on things.

Objectives for the month:

>don't fap

>shill for /nofap/ on other boards

>make new css because >>>/reddit/ has ours

Daily reminders

>if you already fucked up, then you can still start

>nofap three weeks is still good progress

>starting now will make nofap December easier

Discuss your month, discuss your progress, post dank OC, make shitposts, etc ITT.

I'm having a hard time not downloading porn again. I recently deleted my collection and I guess I'm kind of sad that I did.

I have a hoarding problem, especially with any kind of data. I really like archiving and sorting things.

The thing is that I don't feel lethargic, tired or bad after I've fapped. I like to think that I'm in control of my life. I eat fairly healthy, I read and draw regularly and I go outside alot, but quitting porn is harder than I thought.

I failed again today. Part of me is still not convinced about all this nofap shit.

I'm gonna keep going to see what kind of benefits I can get from this.

I already started Nofap November on my own.Now im on 8th day.I also started NoSurf and it helped tremendously.I dont surf on the net anymore.I go on facebook just to look at my notifications then i look at /nofap/ and /improve/ to see if theres anything new. Then i dont use internet for the rest of the day except for work and studying. Its going really,im focusing easier now.And bc i dont use internet,i dont see any triggers and i dont even think about fapping.

Doing good. This will actually be my fourth month in a row if I finish.

Anyway, to keep up some good conversation, has anyone here actually read Your Brain On Porn? It really is a fantastic book.

I'm on The Brain That Changes Itself now, which is also excellent.

 No.1078

Is there a reason the porn isn't being deleted?

My schedule just got all fucked up. 90 year bans for all of them and my promise that I won't let it won't get that bad again.

I used to fap twice a day for 3 years, and developed some pretty bad DE that prevents me from enjoying sex with condoms, and I never orgasm in a condom. I decided to try nofap november to solve it.

Fuck is it hard though, so close to breaking and I'm not even done the month. Is it worth it to go three months straight or is it better long term to just go once a week or so?

I'm glad I have willpower so I don't need to avoid the internet to be able to restrain myself.
