Basically we need to politely via email explain that it would not be in their best interest to try to shut down this board, but instead they need to find a way to capitalize upon it for their own benefit. I doubt they would resort to a court case because there isn't much money to be made and legal fees are expensive; I'm not saying the threat is empty, but it would be a massive waste of time and money for them. In fact, since I don't believe they came up with the term "no fap", I could imagine this backfiring on them and they could lose the ™ protections they've already filed. I'm not a lawyer though, but I advise we try to get them to resolve their conflict without resorting to legal action…
