Not a fucking word about fapping or sin.. this is primitive health code to contain skin diseases.

I agree. I've always held that masturbation (outside of an addiction) is not inherently sinful, and that it is possible to fap without lust.

That said, I decided to give nofap a shot anyway. I've been on hard mode for over three months and I actually really like it. I currently don't even have any plans to go back to fapping.
