First things first if you sign up you are saying you want to do progress. That entails the following

>willing to change my spec in order to push progression

>willing to put time in during the week to get myself prebis and help others get prebis as well

>willing to ask questions about my class and peruse various forums to make sure I know my class if I don't already

>willing to make sure that on certain encounters starting with MC I will bring whatever consumables are required

>willing to make the raid times before the first pull and not 30 minutes after

ZG is gonna be much more laid back with few consumables if any but you need to start getting disciplined in it now to make it a smooth routine later.

As far as raiding dates are concerned we can't actually plan serious progression until our core is geared, so once we have our cores established our focus should be on helping them gear so we can progress as a guild. Feel free to pug and get experience and gear in the interim and use every ID.

List of consumables to min max in raids, not everything is 100% necessary but it would be prudent to be aware of whats out there if you want to push it.
