Added a chem synthesizer to chemistry.

Put a beaker, scan it, and synth any chem.

All chems have a synth cost associated with them, with higher tier chems needing more energy.

The machine will consume a lot of power when it's recharging.

Report bugs or odd behaviour here.

Also, to build one:

It's pretty much the same as building a normal Portable Chem Dispenser.

But you use a screwdriver on the board first.

You've got a few options there, Booze dispenser, Soda Dispenser, Portable Chem Dispenser.

There's a new option for this machine.

Another diference to the Portable Chem dispenser is that better manipulators just reduce the ammount of power they use.

Blacklist Plasma from the synth, it's the shit we're supposed to be trying to obtain, other than diamond and uranium. Infinite duplication just doesn't feel right.
