Iodine helps your body get rid of fluoride, Selenium helps your body get rid of mercury.
buying a multivitamin or eating enriched cereal from the store wont help because its all synthetic crap that your body can't absorb.
eat organic however possible and don't be a whiny jackass, make the effort to actually search and read the price labels until you find affordable products. cans of beans and frozen peas, oats, flax seeds etc.
poland spring water or zephyrhills has the least flouride of any water I know, to the very best of my knowledge, unless you want to buy a reverse osmosis and ozonation filter and machine, which costs alot, and isn't sustainable. cook with these, and drink them.

stop cooking with teflon and aluminum pans because that crap rubs off and flakes into your food. if you rub an aluminum pan with a wet paper towel for a few seconds you can see all that crap that's going into your food.

only buy pure sea salt. read the ingredients. they should only say "ingredients: salt" if they say anything else you are eating something you didn't pay for and getting scammed on fillers. avoid products that go "hue hue anti caking agent additives" salt is a preservative and doesn't need anything else to be added to it.
while you are at it, take the extra minute to heat your food on the stove instead of using the microwave, thats up to you.
