If you donated to the Infinity Dev. Group over Flattr, it seems that they have turned into a scam and you should charge these conmen back immediately by contacting your financial institution. (I realize this includes my support key. I don't give a shit, flood their insecure bullshit report ticket in my name. I see no other way to prove it.) Reports are that they lost their PayPal account recently, and Flattr CEO and only employee @bonq is ignoring all communication from me via their ticket system and Twitter. The icing on the cake is that they blocked me and three others for asking where the fuck 46.74 EUR went.

Fluoride is problematic but there are bigger problems IMO.

If you live in a country with fluoridated water (chances are, you do), buy fluoride-free toothpaste, you get enough fluoride just from water.

If you really care that much, you can get a reverse osmosis filter but they waste A LOT of water and are quite expensive.

Cleaning products, personal hygiene products and food should be focused on before you even think about worrying about fluoride.

Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, soap, shaving cream, sunscreen, etc. For example, cleaning your full body with soap everyday is an endocrine disruptor. I'm not saying, "don't wash your hands", certainly do. But when you apply soap all over your body you're washing the natural oils, you don't need to use soap all your body. Just water is enough or just scrub a brush. I suggest kirks soap for soap and butterbean or badger balm for sunscreen.

Other than that, I'd worry about hormones in milk like bovine growth hormone, luckily most civilized countries have banned the use of hormones in milk but I still buy local milk myself, because it's better quality.

Grain-fed meat is another problem, it has higher omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. Cows, lambs, pigs, chickens, etc did not fucking evolve to EAT FUCKING SOYBEANS AND CORN. Buying grass-fed meat is very important to me, less toxins and more nutrition.

Also, buying free range eggs. No, I don't mean "Free range" eggs from your local supermarket that are 10,000/hectare and practically cage eggs. I'm talking REAL FREE RANGE EGGS, 1500/hectare. These eggs taste better, have better omega3/omega6 ratio and are more nutritious.

Fluoride is only useful for teeth topically and is only problematic to health through ingestion. So you should be using fluoridated toothpaste and finding ways to reduce drinking fluoridated water if you really care about fluoride (the risks are overstated by activists.)

basically aluminum factory run off, fertilizer factory byproducts, uranium enrichment (for nuclear plants) byproducts, and fluoride bonded to chlorine.

and not really any extremely small amounts of naturally occurring calcium fluoride like ancient people got by drinking water from rivers.

basically AVOID and ELIMINATE.

stop exposing yourself to it, and get rid of what you have already been exposed to.

brazil nuts are high in selenium. znaturalfoods.com sells all kinds of different usda organic seaweed that wasn't grown right next to fukushima. you remember how your salt says "iodized"? thats shitty dead unavailable iodine.

you want to eat things like strawberries, spirulina, seaweed, brazil nuts etc.

Iodine helps your body get rid of fluoride, Selenium helps your body get rid of mercury.

buying a multivitamin or eating enriched cereal from the store wont help because its all synthetic crap that your body can't absorb.

eat organic however possible and don't be a whiny jackass, make the effort to actually search and read the price labels until you find affordable products. cans of beans and frozen peas, oats, flax seeds etc.

poland spring water or zephyrhills has the least flouride of any water I know, to the very best of my knowledge, unless you want to buy a reverse osmosis and ozonation filter and machine, which costs alot, and isn't sustainable. cook with these, and drink them.

make your own toothpaste and deodorant.

toothpaste:

>mix in some baking soda (no aluminum kind, read your ingredients before buying) until its dissolved

only use stainless steel and cast iron pans.

only buy pure sea salt. read the ingredients. they should only say "ingredients: salt" if they say anything else you are eating something you didn't pay for and getting scammed on fillers. avoid products that go "hue hue anti caking agent additives" salt is a preservative and doesn't need anything else to be added to it.

while you are at it, take the extra minute to heat your food on the stove instead of using the microwave, thats up to you.

next, understand that the amount of fluoride in toothpaste is beyond retarded. you can rinse several times but you still get a huge amount of exposure through absorption, and inevitably swallow much more through that method than you would through drinking an entire gallon of city water.
