Hey guys, buying a civic this is my first car so I got some questions.
$5250
>2004 Civic LX
>77,XXX miles
>Reconstructed Title
When I turned the headlights on the backlight for the shifter display didn't come on. The dealer promptly whacked the center console like henry winkler, and it lit up. Also both windows on the Josh side roll up noticeably slower than they should.
Could those issues be symptoms of something bigger that could be wrong with it?
In my state(RI) you need to have it reconstructed by a certified shop, and the dealer is certified. Also from what I understand the inspection to pass the car from salvage to reconstructed is more rigorous than a normal inspection. Should I trust that if it's passed that inspection, it has been properly repaired?
I agreed to pay asking price and he agreed to put in a new timing belt, as well as an alternator.
Should I buy it? Thanks, plz help, pic related.

Tbh i find that pretty expensive for a rebuilt car. I could probably go on craigslist and find a better deal in 10 minutes.
