It's mostly the arabs. They buy expensive fast cars, put them in a garage in a shitty tiny expensive town with awful roads and worse traffic, and then don't drive them. They just show them off to tradesmen who come to work on other stuff, and post pictures of them online.
And occasionally drive into London to park them in front of Harrods.
It's all about making people know you're filthy stinking rich.
