To be fair, I believe /f1/ was originally intended to be solely about f1 racing. It's kinda snowballed into a board about general motorsports, though.
How is /bane/ about a scene? It's about few scenes from a movie. I really don't see why it gets any posts at all.

All the anons from the more isolated hobby boards stayed behind.
They were relatively unaffected by the exodus and the events leading up to it.
Most of the ones who did come here are cross boarders with the larger boards.

/o/ has been pretty safe from 4chan's shittery. It's pretty much evolved from an imageboard to a forum, considering the amount of trips. Pretty sure most of the /o/ exodus is anons that browsed /v/ and were fed up by the dismal quality of posting there.
