So i have a 98 firebird formula and it's fun as fuck to drive already but should I drop two grand and twin turbo it?

>that picture

>turbos mounted below the oil level, gonna need an electric pump to drain them

>that spaghetti of oil supply lines

>Cooling [not shown] isn't going to be any prettier.

This should be good!

I can think of a good many things I'd rather spend two grand on than sinking it into a fireburd

sure if you can do a full twin turbo setup for $2K

although doing a centrifugal supercharger is much easier and cheaper IMO

>two grand

>twin turbo it

Good luck with that. New fat turbos will cost you around 1k each. and New internals, cams and what not 1.5k, Plus custom headers and intake about 1.5, piping around 500 bucks, then injectors pump and what not another 1k then all the controllers and tuning will run you about 2k. Random hardware and labor to free up engine bay space another 500 bucks. Now with labor that's another 1.5k-3k depending on where you take it or your time and sanity if you do it yourself.

Now this is doing everything right with name brand products and providing a salary to the local Jew man and you'll end up with 1000hp.

Op here i just grabbed a twin turbo ls1 engine of google and i plan on making around 500 -700 whp. Just as a little project to do and not make a 1000 hp street monster for more than the car is worth.

>Twin turbo

Single turbo>twin turbo.

>not having a Volvo T6 with the glorious sequential twin tarbo system

Nigga, you're a faggot and a pleb, consider sniffing exhaust fumes.

I was sniffin some fumes when I fucked ur mum 12 years ago and made you. Only way I could stand to put it in her.

The difference between doing it and doing it right will make the difference between enjoyment and regret, I'm certain.

That said, if you're otherwise prepared to drive it off a cliff, sure.
