Other than the fact that you need a driver's license to legally drive on a public road, there is nothing /o/ related about this.

As for your question, I don't see why not. They fucked up, and their address and picture is on the internet for the world to see anyway, so why not have it on their driver's license? Maybe the shame cast upon these people will cause them to not re-offend.
