It caught fire during it's Nurburgring testing, the "wimmin" lead designer joined the team after the current design was picked, and having Acura design it was a fucking mistake. Nothing new here.

Give it a few decades and people might be saying different things about it. Enthusiasts wanted something different from the new NSX; a cheap and reliable car that looked like the supercars of the past. Instead, they got what everyone else heard they wanted; a brand new NSX.
