I have set up retroshare+tor chatserver for 8chan or just anyone in general.

If you are not familiar with Retroshare it's a "friend to friend" network and application for file sharing, chat, forums, VoIP, email like messaging and more. version 0.6 has a 'hidden node' operation mode (using tor) that allows you be completely anonymous, even from the people in your friends list whom you connect to directly.
