This is the problem. I remember when I would spend a lot of time at /baphomet/ when it was going really well. That was back when the top 25 would be listed at the top of the page. Even then with a popular board like /baphomet/ it took real effort to keep it up there because the second you get out of the top 25, it will start sinking
