I don't know if any other boards are as bad as this but this one but it takes hours for new replies to show and update and often replies duplicate like 3 times and shit like that, can't even reply to a stickied thread now

They are, /v/ has been especially bad today. Until we can fully switch to infinity next, which may happen sooner rather than later, things will likely get worse.
