There is nothing illegal about what he posted. He implied nothing. Others implied it for him based on nothing but speculation. That doesn't hold up in court in any way, shape, or form. You have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt what his intentions were. A vague post with no real information does not show any sort of intention. It leaves the viewer to draw his own conclusion. Just because someone jumps to a conclusion doesn't mean that that conclusion is the right one though.
