I'll need to refer to the case: "/sp/ vs. Hotwheels". In this particular ownership debate, it was set the precedent that it is indeed illegal to simply create and own a board to justify its possession; if the owner does not fulfill the demands of other, unspecific parties on how his board should be run, expropriation is in justified. If you seek to take control of the board, all you have to do is bring this case directly to the goblin himself.

I asked Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP and the lady said that she told me before to stop calling.

So then I called Sidhu Alexander LLP and the lady there just kept repeating that they don't give free consultation over the phone and she couldn't do it anyways.

So I tried explaining this to legal aid to raise some funds but they didn't seem to understand when I explained. But they gave me a number where I can go ask some students so I will try that tomorrow maybe, if they're old enough that I can go near them.
