Is there any way to find the exact thread where a file has been posted if I have just the filename? Or is it an intentional non-feature?

and I mean, the filename on the server (ex. 1450025887667.jpeg), not the one uploader used.

Obviously, I also only want it for files and threads that are up right now, not ones that were already deleted.

Actually, that's still not all.

I have the entire url (ex. https://media.8ch.net/operate/src/1450025887667.jpeg), so I do know the board and the file name.
