Rockstar's too busy swimming in cash from GTA V to make another Midnight Club.

If they were acutally making a new one though, I'd love it if it was set in Tokyo, on the Shuto Expressway or something. Make it like a revival of TXR.

Damn, this entire time I was wondering what happened to the series, and I only just realised that GTA 5's street races pretty much constitute what would be MC5. Once the PC version comes out and a sizable amount of real life cars have been made, it will be MC5, just with added weapons and a higher age rating.

I'm totally buying MC3 again, though. Got me a PS2 free, and box/cables to hook it up to my HD monitor.

MC3 really is one of the games that shows what the PS2 was capable of. That game, alongside GT4, Burnout Revenge and L.A. Rush all had graphics indistinguishable from early 7th gen.

Totally. I think it was better on the xbox, though; custom soundtracks, and the better controller.

But I've picked it up on PS2 anyway, because I got a PS2 for free. And an array of boxes and cables to hook it up to my big HD monitor.

Had some really good singles and other songs in it. I remember this being my first 6th gen title and I was blown away.
