Well, it is quite possible to grow plants in the winter, in a greenhouse. But plans for next growing season are quite welcome ITT. Pic related, not mine, though I wish it was.

I'm not logging yet! I'm hoping to start some shiitakes this winter though. Just have to find some good maple bolts.

Next season: Potatoes, onions, chard, kale, beans, squash, carrots, cucumber and whatever I find at all the gardening fairs in my town. I like to grow whatever I east a lot of (staple foods).
