Okay, so I am seeing some shit where people in various groups are pissed off because they are getting attacked for just being part of a group, much like #Gamergate except part of these entities, so here I want to attempt to achieve an understanding of how these groups actually work.
My understanding of DiGRA -
While their heads are all feminists and possible ideologues, there are people there at least attempting actual video game research. Why do they need Silverstring, though? Who wants them to have Silverstring? Is it a close union between ideologues all the way down to the media or is it a Ziegiest.
Silverstring - I have literally no idea what is up with these faggots outside of having the appearance of a fucking cult.
Media - Media wants to publish juicy stuff or have "a persuasive argument." Ideologue journalists seem to prefer certain topics and somehow think that not applying critical theory (cultural Marxism) makes them irrelevant, because hurrdurr hipster faggotry.
Help me piece the mechanics of this together, /ggpol/. We need to get Gamergate to stop agroing bystanders within these groups just because they think DiGRASILVERSTRINGKOTAKU is one person.
