Let's be honest here, if Hotwheels started saying that he could make up rules and do whatever he wanted without any sorta structure or accountability, we risk shills being able to collectively influence him, or we risk SJW being able to rise in the ranks like they did at halfchan and with it established that if you have power you can do whatever you want, we could be looking at halfchan again.
I don't agree with Niko running the board, but hotwheels I think is being very based with his stance and is being supportive about people wanting to move to a different board if that's what they want.
Honestly I'd be more uncomfortable about the future of 8chan if hotwheels decided to put our feelings over the rules of 8chan. But that's just me.

They might have talked it over, Niko wanting it back, last board owner being completely cool giving it back, and hotwheels wanting to uphold his integrity for our sake, just seems clear to me how that would go down. I am glad though that hotwheels at least seems to be helping people hop ship once they've expressed sentiments that they want to do just that.
