The reason I don't think that he'll do it is because, unless I'm mistaken Teridax basically violated global rules and did doxxing and other things. He at least claimed that he did this for lols. Even IF that's the case, it's like giving a live grenade to a child, you're a fucking dumbass for doing it but maybe you just really didn't think they'd blow up a building, so maybe if you're left in charge of handing out grenades again you won't be such a fucktard. If he hands a grenade to the SAME child again, then it's pretty damn obvious he WANTS them to blow shit up, can't hide behind any claims of 'but I just wanted some fun!' the next time.
Don't get me wrong, I 100% expect that he's going to give a grenade to ANOTHER child and shit will blow up, just you watch, but if he gives it to Teridax HIS ass is on the line, I imagine he's not dumb enough to put himself on the cutting block when he could avoid responsibility by using a different child next time around. Trivially easy to mod to see all 4 octets.
However, HotWheelz' only protection is that he's not fully logging stuff. If he has full logs anywhere, he's the one who goes to jail first from this evidence.
