I've learned a few things in my travels, and thought I would share.

Taking and posting candid (aka creep) pics isn't against the law. Following, or otherwise badgering, subjects IS against the law. That could be constituted as stalking, which I am not interested in. Thus, I take pics/videos when the moment arises, and I do not follow the person. If I see one walking towards me, I stop, load, begin shooting, and simply watch (shoot or film) as they walk by. If there happens to be a skirt and my camera is a bit too low, that borders on invasion of privacy. Anything that can be seen by the public eye isn't invasion; anything that can't be seen by the public eye (i.e. upskirt shots from below) is invasion. That's not to say that if a subject squats, kneels, bends over, etc., and provides a clear panty/crotch shot, could be constituted as legal, but that, my friends, is a fine line. Walk the razor's edge and one might get cut.

Another thing I've learned is that if a subject notices, or otherwise suspects, that she is being captured, and shows any signs of annoyance, it's better to remain calm, and simply walk away. Again, that could be construed as harrassment, and is bad juju.

Stay safe in your candid travels this summer, but enjoy the scenery!

Well, usually they don't know I'm filming. I load SCOS, put my phone in my chest pocket, and go. I don't think I'm great looking…maybe a 6 or 7? I'm also in my early 40s (don't really look it). But, I'm a cowboy in a non-cowboy world, so I think that ads to some attraction or whatever. I'm tall and fairly thin, with a fu-manchu moustache and kind of scruffy on the cheeks, jaw, and neck. Sort of rugged looking, if you will, which some city girls love, I've found. I think the way I carry myself also ads to the allure. I tend to play it up (having taken some tips from another anon on another board), smiling, flirting, "checking mom out" if she's there, so the girl tries to gain my attention. Self-confidence tend to outshine the lack of looking like Adonis. Girls are emotional creatures, and even if I don't get or have an lgf, they love to flirt about half the time. The younger ones do so more often than the older ones (15+). The younger ones (9 to 13) haven't yet figured out that older guys are mainly pervs. lol. Maybe all that is TMI, but you asked. ;)

FYI, that particular girl was the flirtiest I've come across yet.

OK. What are your motives? What is your objective?

My motives are two-fold: to make me feel good, and to make a girl feel good about herself. My objective? Simply to get a pretty smile from a pretty girl. What is your target age? Mine is about 9 to 14, give or take depending on the girl.

I've spent years studying people - girls specifically. Learning the psychology of girls, what they want, need, like, and what they DON'T like. Girls don't like feeling dirty (that all depends on you and how you look at them). A slight smile is more alluring than a huge smile. Girls want to feel pretty. I want to make them feel like they're pretty just the way they are: all natural, no make-up, all that. Girls like to feel important. I like to make them feel like when I smile at them, or talk to them, there is no other girl in the world I'd rather pay attention to at that time. If you happen to strike conversation with a mom (or dad!) and her (or his) daughter, make sure to divide your attention equally between the two.

What would I have said? I read the girl in the pink shoes easily. She was dancing about, and I could tell she had quite a fit body beneath her clothes. She was probably into ballet or gymnastics, so that would have been an entry point. I would have said hello at first, then, by reading her and her mom's reactions could have dove into questioning if she's into ballet or gymnsatics. Side note, my wife has grand-daughtes who are into gymnastics. So I could have mentioned that, and let the conversation go from there.

How to keep the "creep factor" out? Just act naturally. Be able to "get on the girl's level" (psychologically speaking), but don't talk down to her. Make her feel like she is worthwhile. Girls love to feel like you might think they're older than they are. I could've asked her how old she was, or guessed a year or two older than what I really thought, but again, act natural. Don't pry.
