This was reported by two people for two things.
One was nudity, the other was the subject matter you're discussing here.
As for the former, I have spoilered the image. I don't think there's a need to delete it, because it looks very clearly eighteen and isn't really pornographic anyway. So, chalk that up as some good, clean, legal ephebo content. But still, nudity, even 2D, should be spoilered on this board, if you please.
As for the content of this opening post, I will defer to the Globals on that. I don't really understand the jargon all that well, and I don't even know if anything questionable is being discussed. But to the best of my knowledge, only overt requesting of illegal content is grounds for deletion on the 8chan Global Rules, and this doesn't seem to be that.
