This is ludicrous. The judge is obviously showing bias because of his previous conviction. She'd be laughed out of court in the USA. Hell, she might even be removed from the bench for abuse of power.

I'd love to see this case in court in the US. The ACLU would have a field day with her.

I wonder how she'd rule on photographs done by the likes of David Hamilton, Sally Mann, Jock Sturges and Ron Oliver, to name a few.
