Let's make this clear:
1.Even if it is "consensual", if you get caught it will be regarded as molestation by society and more importantly by the LAW, so there is no point in drawing a difference, it is molestation even if it is consensual.
2. Don't forget that lolicon, loli-videogames, dolls, CGI porn and even literature can be considered cp depending on the legislation of your country or state.
Don't forget that even legal material such as photo sets of child models and lolicon will get you in trouble if someone finds it.
3. Don't let anyone know about your condition by any means, don't tell anyone not even your most trusted friend, family member or even gf/wife, it won't get anything easier, and even the chance of actually getting empathy, tolerance and understanding is not worth the risk.
Even a slight suspicion can get you a lifelong of repercussions, being labeled a pedophile/rapist is like getting aids, the stigma is everlasting, you will never get rid of it.
Nowhere is the image implying that you should have cp or have sexual contact with children, also, nowhere it is implying that you shouldn't, as it is not a moral guide, moral is subjective, the three rules are specifically for avoiding getting in trouble.
Of course, it do is implicit that the best way to avoid getting caught having sexual contacts with a child or in possession of cp, is to never do it and not have any in the first place.
