Girls are people like you who have rights. You cannot just assume that she wants to blow you. Don't be an asshole. Treat her with respect, and if she eventually offers you a BJ, then you can get the BJ.
It's probably good that you haven't done anything like that, too, because before puberty, I don't necessarily think a girl is likely to have enough understanding, including enough to not tell people.
