What is a philosophical view and how do you live by it?
How can you "live" by transcendental idealism?
I take it you mean which views on ethics or parctical philosophy, in which case I would hope that anyone who professes a specific stance also lives by it [looking at you, Max Scheler].

If my dick fits in your mouth, and you enjoy this, does that mean this is working towards your survival?

I went through an Existentialist phase several years ago, and I still haven't fully recovered.

That said, I'm rather fond of cynicism these days. Society is a trap and work is meaningless.

I am very interested in arguments against relativism. Yes I do, to some degree, understand that to affirm that truth is relative is contradictory; because you are saying there is no truth and then saying there is at least one. Logic class wasn't my strong point, and I see the "contradiction", but I'm not sold. So if someone could provide for me reasons for absolute/objective truths outside of mathematics/natural sciences please correct me. I've heard that recently many in the Analytic tradition they've since recognized that even the most firmly established mathematical and logical assertions aren't absolutely true.
