>select curtain01 material>go to texture panel, add texture, image, select the proper image>you should see a bunch of bars lower down, only Col is selected, check off alpha>go to Z transparency in the materials>turn it on, set alpha and specular to 0Worked for me

Small revision, for better or worse, couldnt change camera angle during the H because of how the trackto modifier works, would look awkward.

ok managed to make a few fixes to the may/gardevoir scene and produce a 'final' quality render as a test. i also converted it to webm which cut down on file size significantly. it took almost an hour to render but i still plan to extend the scene.
although i'd like to make it all into one long uncut scene, this sounds like a lot of work and i'm thinking it might be better to cut between different camera angles which would allow them to do more with eachother. thoughts?
oh yeah and we might want to start a new thread, this one is starting to die cuz of bump limit :(
