The US Just Admitted That The 14 Airmen In Charge Of 150 Nuclear Missiles Are Coke And Molly Addicts

>According to Gen. Robin Rand, commander of Air Force Global Strike Command, the 14 suspects are airmen, airmen first class, or senior airmen (E-2 to E-4) from the 90th Security Forces Group at F.E. Warren AFB outside Cheyenne, Wyoming. Responsible for protecting 150 Minuteman 3 nuclear missiles, the 14 airmen have been suspended from their security duties while the investigation continues. Although Gen. Rand refused to specify which drug the airmen were caught using, the Associated Press has reported that they were high on cocaine.

>“It came to light because one airman who had suspicion of drug activity by another reported that to his chain of command,” stated Rand. “The drug allegations involving these 14 airmen are credible.”

>Along with Malmstrom AFB in Montana and Minot AFB in North Dakota, F.E. Warren is one of three Air Force bases responsible for maintaining 450 active intercontinental ballistic missiles. Last year, three missileers at Malmstrom pleaded guilty to illegal use, possession, or distribution of ecstasy. While investigating the missileers’ cell phones, the Air Force stumbled upon a cheating scandal involving approximately 100 officers.

>In March 2014, the Air Force fired nine officers and accepted the resignation of the commander at Malmstrom when an investigation into illegal drug possession exposed a pervasive cheating epidemic on base. After examining the text messages of four missile launch officers suspected of possessing illicit narcotics, investigators discovered test answers including classified information on their cell phones.

>With roughly 100 officers involved in the cheating scandal, Maj. Gen. Jack Weinstein fired nine senior officers and accepted the resignation of Col. Robert Stanley, Malmstrom’s commander. At least 79 officers were disciplined, including 15 who faced involuntary discharge procedures.

India's silent killer

Feces bacteria are at an epidemic level in India

50 million Indians are suspected to be suffering from inflammation of the liver due to hepatitis, but the majority remain unaware of it.

This silent epidemic is playing havoc with the lives of millions of Indians, but those suffering from this chronic disease remain in the dark about their infection.

The virus can enter the body from very common sources including body fluids.

A son can get Hepatitis B by using the toothbrush of his father who is not aware that he has the infection.

Sharing a razor with an infected person can cause it as can infected saliva.

It can be passed on from infected blood or from an infected needle as also from sexual contact. Like AIDS, the disease can spread from a pregnant mother to her unborn child.

But this disease, unlike most others, will remain dormant in the individual for several years, before it gets manifest and when it does, it will show up as liver cirrhosis and cancer of the liver.

"Hepatitis B (HBV) and C (HCV) are taking a huge toll in the lives of Indians because of this lack of knowledge," says Dr Rakhi Maiwall, a heptalogist at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences in New Delhi.

"The lack of symptoms only makes the situation worse. Acute infections can occur with limited or no symptoms. Sometimes patients come to us complaining of nausea and extreme fatigue," she says.

"The disease can also be manifest in jaundice or when they have fluid in a patient's legs," Dr Maiwall adds.

Democracy is a scam

What?! Did he really just say democracy is a scam?! Yes, he did. And he shall explain.

Now, I walk around the great city of Tucson here because I am on foot most of the time. I am a wayfarer. It seems that Political Season is in the air here. You know this time of the year: Severe BS allergies acting up, big piles of fallen lies littering the ground, the Dumbocracy fever is spreading, and so on. Therefore, in front of many public spaces are petition gatherers. “Excuse me, sir, are you registered to vote?” No, I don’t vote. “Why not?” Because it’s a scam! I mean, isn’t that why you’re trying to SELL me this petition? It’s not like you could set up a self-serve kiosk here like dispenses DVDs and expect signatures for whatever legislative processed luncheon loaf you’re purveying, am I right? No, you need to accost us so we’ll sign it out of the subconscious desire not to say “no” to an alleged democratic process. Well, I not only say NO to it, but I find it to be a scam of the type I’d say is in the Seven Scam Wonders of the World.

See, this morning, this dude is running for political office. So he’s collecting signatures on a petition to get himself on the ballot. He asks for signatures and people sign it without asking questions. Look, for all they know, his platform is carting everyone off to forced labor camps. Or raising taxes. Whichever comes first. I have been observing this scam for some time now and have seen people gathering signatures to create more laws and politicians we honestly don’t need. Because it’s democracy?! These people aren’t even reading what they’re signing!!! I think I should cart around a petition making me these peoples’ lawful heirs and I bet they’ll all sign it. Understand this: Democracy isn’t better. Just ask the Ancient Greeks who invented it.

People say, “Well, we have a right to petition the government for a redress of grievances!” Oh, do we now? Let me write that petition and it’ll stretch from here to Washington DC! Right, sure we do! We only have a right to petition the government to tax us more, oppress us with more laws, and elect more dummies that couldn’t find their butts with both hands if directions were glued to their palms. Quebec nationalists are literally Hitler

>François Legault is no Québécois Donald Trump. The Coalition Avenir Québec leader hasn’t called immigrants rapists and drug dealers, or proposed to build a wall at the border, or to carry out mass deportations, or to turn away Muslims.

>All he did, ostensibly, was express concern about Quebec’s ability to absorb the additional 10,000 immigrants a year the Couillard government proposes to admit.

>So Premier Philippe Couillard surely exaggerated when he attacked Legault for “mounting the anti-immigrant backlash movement we observe south of our border and in Europe,” and of “blowing once again on the coals of intolerance.”

>And then I happened upon a media release issued by Legault’s party this week.

>In the release, the CAQ candidate in the April 11 Chicoutimi by-election challenged her Liberal opponent to say where she stands on the Couillard government’s proposal to admit 60,000 immigrants a year instead of the present objective of 50,000.

>Rather, she spoke about identity, the French language and Quebec values. The former Parti Québécois government’s “charter of values” may be dead, but apparently the values issue itself isn’t.

>“Today, the population of Chicoutimi has the right to know what (Liberal candidate) Francyne T. Tremblay really thinks about the increase of 10,000 immigrants a year,” the CAQ candidate said. “It’s simple: we can’t raise immigration levels without the (present) courses on French and common Quebec values (for immigrants) being made compulsory.”

SCOTUS Turns Away Oklahoma and Nebraska's Challenge to Legal Pot in Colorado

Perturbed by smuggling, the two states had demanded an end to their neighbor's licensing and regulation of marijuana merchants.

>Today the Supreme Court declined to hear Oklahoma and Nebraska's challenge to marijuana legalization in neighboring Colorado, which they say harms them through interstate smuggling. They argued that legalization in Colorado had "a direct and significant detrimental impact" on them by forcing "the diversion of limited manpower and resources to arrest and process suspected and convicted felons involved in the increased illegal marijuana trafficking or transportation." The Obama administration had urged the Court to reject Oklahoma and Nebraska's petition, saying their beef did not amount to a bona fide interstate controversy, since it grew out of lawbreaking that was neither directed nor approved by Colorado.

>Oklahoma and Nebraska argued that Colorado's licensing, regulation, and taxation of marijuana growers and distributors violates the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and therefore the Supremacy Clause, which makes federal statutes "the supreme law of the land." Colorado argued that it is acting well within the leeway that states enjoy under the Constitution and that its tolerance of heretofore criminal behavior does not create a "positive conflict" with federal law, as required for pre-emption under the CSA.

>Justice Clarence Thomas, joined by Samuel Alito, dissented from the Court's decision not to hear the lawsuit. "The complaint, on its face, presents a 'controvers[y] between two or more States' that this Court alone has authority to adjudicate," he writes. "The plaintiff States have alleged significant harms to their sovereign interests caused by another State. Whatever the merit of the plaintiff States' claims, we should let this complaint proceed further rather than denying leave without so much as a word of explanation."
