In most cases jews are convenient fall guys for the deficiencies and failures of others. Take the Palestinians for instance. These guys are looked down upon in the rest of the Arab world. Officially Governments will pay lip service to the Palestinian cause but it is an open secret that almost every Arab Government tries to get rid of people from The Palestinian diaspora.
